Good Morning All,

Next Council meeting will be THIS TUESDAY, June 6th @ 6:00 pm. Remember that we only have 3 meetings left. Please be on time as our summer meetings are very short.

 

There will NOT be Shotgun on June 7th.

 

Dog Club will start on Friday, June 9th @ 8:00am at the Wattenberg Center. They will meet on Friday’s throughout the summer.

 

NEW PROJECT THIS YEAR: We now have a 4-H Dance project. Christine Redman along with a few other ladies will be leading this project. If you are interested please contact Christine Redman at 970-819-8630. The first meeting will be on Friday June 9th at 9:30 am at the Wattenberg Center.

 

Shooting Sports Members:
All 4-H Shooting Sports members who shoot .22, shotgun or muzzleloader are asked to pay a $20 shooter fee to help cover the cost of ammunition and supplies. Please pay your fee prior to the first practice.

Fees can be mailed to the CSU Extension Office at PO Box 1077 Walden, CO 80480 dropped off at our office at 312 5th Street or given to your leaders.

 

Jackpot Set-up June 16th at 9:00 am. Jackpot will be on Sunday, June 18th. Attached is the registration sheet and brochure.

 

This is who we have signed up for Poultry and Rabbit projects. If someone is missing please let us know ASAP.

Reminder of Council Requirements: Reminder cards will be sent out this week.
* Attend two (2) 4-H council meetings- only 3 left.
* Participate in a minimum of one (1) 4-H Council Activity
* Complete all requirements for the 4-H clubs I am involved in
* Submit a completed record book in October for all of my livestock, horse or dog projects by the established deadline.
* Clean the SCD basement as assigned (one cleaning per 4-H family)
